1. ob·欧宝体育娱乐app下载 (the “Company”) is offering each subscriber of its software the opportunity to participate in its Relationshipping™ program (the “Program”).
2. Each participant (a “Claimant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions and must have an active subscription for services (a “Subscription”) at the time the referral is made for a Credit (defined below) to be valid.
4. Each Claimant is entitled to up to a  10% credit off their next invoice of their Subscription (the “Credit”) for each potential new customer (customer, its parent company or subsidiaries, must not have been a  customer of the Company in the preceding 18 months) that is referred by them to the Company and that subscribes to and pays for a Subscription of equal or greater value (if new customer first subscription invoice value is less than Claimant’s next invoice then credit is calculate at 10% of the new customer’ invoice amount) than that of the Claimant (a “Referral”) Credits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or gift cards, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupons offered by the Company.
5. Claimant must email relationshipping@ob·欧宝体育娱乐app下载.com to register the Referral by supplying the following information:
   • Company Name
   • Contact Person
   • Phone
   • Email
   • Product Referred
6. Total Credit applied to Claimant’s next invoice cannot be greater than 100%.
7. The Credit can only be applied once the new customer has paid their first invoice.
8. The Company accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected email or other communications.
9. The Company assumes no responsibility for any failure to a Referral or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury which may result from technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches.
10. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend or discontinue this program at any time.
